30-Day Returns & Refunds

You may return most eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.

  • Any items excluded from returns under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is the result of our mistake, such as shipping the wrong item or sending a damaged or defective product, Softinoo will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Return Instructions

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

After your return request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
