Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Softinoo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information regarding eligible returns and refunds.
